Mother And Baby

Welcome lovely!

You're in the right place

You’ve started following lots of insta accounts, reading up, and listening to friends, but somehow it's only made things louder, and more confusing.  Everyone has an opinion.  Every appointment feels rushed. You're hearing people say "just go with the flow" but you're wondering "what does that mean?" and  "whose flow anyway?"

You want to feel confident and relaxed going into birth, but you also don't want to go in with no plan, handing everything over to others, hoping for the best and crossing your fingers.

You want to feel prepared, knowing how to make decisions, with a bunch of techniques to help you through it

Everything feels a bit overwhelming....questions keep going around in your head "what if I can't handle the pain?", "what if I freak out", "what if I don't know what to do?"

Firstly, take a breath.....

There is nothing wrong with you for feeling this way.

It makes sense that you feel unsure. Birth is BIG. It’s intense. It matters.

So many women feel the same — outwardly getting on with life, quietly carrying the weight of “What if?” in the background. It doesn’t mean you’re negative. It means this matters to you.

Wanting to feel informed doesn’t make you difficult.  Wanting to stay calm doesn’t make you unrealistic.  Wanting to make your own decisions in your birth doesn’t make you controlling.

It makes you human..

The fear, the overthinking, the questions looping in your mind — they don’t mean you’re weak.  They mean you want this experience to feel like yours....and you want to feel empowered.

And here’s the truth: you don’t need to become a different person to have a positive birth. You don’t need to be fearless. You don’t need to be perfect. You don’t need to silence every doubt.

You just need the right support, clear information, practical tools, and space to reconnect with your own strength.

You’re not alone

I was just like you:

waking at 2am with my baby kicking, and then lying awake for hours wondering how I was going to cope with birth, with having a newborn.

I was confused listening to other people's opinions and advice.  I didn't know where to turn.

A lot of the conversations around me were about what could go wrong, not what could go right.

I knew I had to find a way to take back control, listen to what I really wanted, how I could make my voice heard, and prepare for birth & motherhood feeling confident and empowered

Here's how I can support you

Since 2013, I’ve had the privilege of sitting beside 1000's of women in the most intense, vulnerable, powerful moments of their lives. I’ve seen what happens when a woman feels unheard or rushed. And on the flip side, I’ve seen what happens when she feels informed, prepared, supported and in control — when she knows what’s happening and feels confident in her decisions

I care deeply about this work because I believe birth and motherhood can be positive and empowering. Not perfect. Not always predictable. But powerful

I won’t tell you what kind of birth to have or how to parent your baby. I won’t promise perfection. What I will do is help you build the confidence to walk into birth and motherhood feeling clear about your choices, trusting your body, your instincts, and staying connected to your own strength.

I'm here to help you prepare for birth and motherhood, reclaim your power and take control.  First of all, you can sign up for my weekly email, so you can get my guidance straight into your inbox...no fluff, no noise, just honest and impactful support

With love,

Miranda
